Hops Harvest 2012

This has been a really good year for hops at the house. With only the Kent Goldings left to harvest (they always seem to mature late), I've got almost 2.5 pounds of dried hops in the freezer! I'll do a more extensive blog post about it.

Chinook - 10.5 oz
Hallertau - 10.2 oz (2 plants)
Cascade - 2.2 oz
Zeus - 2.2 oz
Fuggle - 2.9 oz
Magnum - 1.6 oz
Nugget - 7.7 oz
