Will be brewing a NEIPA in the next couple weeks. Initially, I wanted to go with Vic Secret/Citra/Mosaic but Yakima and Farmhouse do not have any left.
So, I'm thinking of going with El Dorado/Citra/Mosaic using Hornindal Kveik.
    Any thoughts on hop ratio's?
Thinking of going 1:1:1 but never used El Dorado before.
Grain bill consists of 2 Row/ Maris Otter/ White wheat/ flaked oats and honey malt.

El Dorado is pretty mellow, so it needs a 1.5-2:1 ratio. Galaxy can work well, Azacca, Denali, Ella, Riwaka, Rakau, etc.

Keep the El Dorado in Whirlpool or Dryhop. It can be juicy but it can get a little edgy, too. My current fav combo is El Dorado/Simcoe/Mosaic in a 1:2:3 ratio.

Nice - this is almost identical to my NEIPA but I also add a pound of lactose at 10min and a Tablespoon of Calcium Chloride in the beginning. Been working on mine for 3-4 batches and really enjoy the Galaxy/Citra/Mosaic combo.

    1 oz Galaxy Pellet 16.3 Boil 10 min 17.56

    1.5 oz Galaxy Pellet 16.3 Whirlpool at 170 °F 15 min 13.06
    1.5 oz Mosaic Pellet 10.9 Whirlpool at 170 °F 15 min 8.73
1 oz Citra Pellet 12.4 Dry Hop 7 days

    10 g - Cascade, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 6.8, Use: Boil for 40 min, IBU: 6.45
    30 g - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 12.6, Use: Aroma for 20 min, IBU: 24.72
50 g - El Dorado, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 15, Use: Dry Hop for 5 days

I usually go with the galaxy/citra/mosaic route but wanted to try something different.
Since Galaxy is so expensive and Vic Secret isn't available, want to try El Dorado to see how that turns out.

JA, All hops are going in during a WP and DH. Only boil hops will be Warrior at 30 min.

I also have some Azacca i need to use up. I did a smash with it but it wasn't my favorite. I also find using 2-3 hops works best for me.
