Just brewed 2 different (small batch) kits and hooked.

Ordering and scaling up for multiple, larger batches. Would like any and all recommendations for temperature control solutions (fermenters).

Have cleared and prepped 250 sq ft for hops and ordered 6 varieties of hop Rhizomes to start.

As soon as I have an original recipe, will pass it on. Of course, I will share also if you happen to be near Daytona Beach, Florida!

Find yourself a 5 cf chest freezer and buy a STC-1000 temperature controller. Also get fermwrap. That'll hold one 5 gallon carboy. I have two of those set ups, actually. I ferment my lagers in those. Ales ferment under my workbench. I have an extra ferm wrap and STC-1000 for when the basement gets a little cool in the winter.

Jeffs advice is good :D but instead of the stc-1000 look for the itc-1000 [displays F rather than C ]inkbird has them on Amazon with temp probe for around $13-17 shipped. Inkbird also has a fully wired version w/probe and plugins for $40 ...both get good reviews

STC-1000s are available in Fahrenheit as well. Or, you can flash it yourself if you have the equipment.

here we go, one controls my kezzer the other my chamber in its testing phase box, gotta love cardboard and duct tape for DIY guys
