trying a one gallon batch, 1.5 gallon boil size. (just for the fun of it)
But when do I put in the Honey? Is it in the mash with the grains or put in somewhere else in the brewing process?
1.9 lb philsner castle

.8 oz strisselspalt at 60 min
.8 oz strisselspalt at 1 min.
