How are you all set up for the Holidays? I'm proud of myself this year, I stocked up pretty good. I usually brew 10 gal batches, sometimes 15. We had a party today so some is depleted now but here's what I started with:

    Blonde Ale:
    5 Gal on Tap
10 Gal Fermenting - ready for next weekend

    Wheat:
    5 Gal on Tap
    5 Gal Bottled

    Light Amber:
    5 Gal on Tap
    5 Gal Bottled

    Dark Amber
10 Gal Fermenting - wont quite be ready for holidays but looks nice sitting there

    Breakfast Stout
    5 Gal Bottled
    5 Gal in Grolsch bottles

    Imperial IPA
    5 Gal on Tap
    5 Gal Bottled

5 gallons of a breakwater Pale Ale
2.5 Gallons of Pumpkin Spiced Latte Stout
2.5 Gallons of Oatmeal Milk Stout
Would have had a dozen bottles of Brown Ale, but somehow they disappeared. :)
That could be a result of spending an hour finding which bulbs are burned out. :D But that's a small price to pay for getting all the lights to work!

Just put the last keg of summer Cream Ale on tap as well as a Pre-Prohibition Porter. We'll have to make do with that, along with some bombers of the House Pale until I can keg up a Belgian IPA next week or so.
