    Hi Brewers,
I have been brewing for over 40 years now. Most of my brewing is all-grain, but occasionally I will use a kit if it appeals to me. Over the years I have slowly upgraded my kit from the standard plastic and I now have a completely stainless steel set up, all home made mainly from the German catering and thermopots, although I do have two Baby Burco stainless steel boilers that I have converted to HLTs. My main brewing style is bitters and IPAs, though from time to time I will make a porter. Looking forward to gaining and sharing knowledge on this very worthwhile pursuit.

    Hi,
Welcome to the fold! Thanks for being open to trying our brewing software!

Personally, I'd be interested to see some of your favorite recipes for things like an English IPA, Mild, and Porter. I've got some Kent Goldings and Fuggle growing at my house and enjoy use those in my brews.

    Cheers!
    :D

Hi from a fellow UK brewer. I'm still at the plastic stage but your equipment profile sounds awesome! What's the batch size on your stainless steel rig?
