Hi Brewers, I have been brewing for over 40 years now. Most of my brewing is all-grain, but occasionally I will use a kit if it appeals to me. Over the years I have slowly upgraded my kit from the standard plastic and I now have a completely stainless steel set up, all home made mainly from the German catering and thermopots, although I do have two Baby Burco stainless steel boilers that I have converted to HLTs. My main brewing style is bitters and IPAs, though from time to time I will make a porter. Looking forward to gaining and sharing knowledge on this very worthwhile pursuit.
