Hi all, new to the forum but not new to brewing. I've been at it for a little over a year now and have progressed from extract kits to all grain. I built a HLT from a 5 gal round cooler, a MLT from a 8 gal round cooler (both with SS ball valves and SS toilet braid manifolds), and an electric boiler from an 7.5 gal aluminum pot and two 1500w 120v water heater elements.
Just finished up a brew an hour or so, a cream ale with galaxy hops, my first of the year. Hope to bang out another couple of batches in the next week to stock up for camping season.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello before I check out the forum.
