Hi
I've been home brewing for a year now, mainly beer from kits, the odd wine and a cider.
A few of us started out at the same time and we've decided to go all grain! A Grainfather has been purchased and we've completed our first two brews, both clones of some UK ales. Robinsons Old Tom, an 8.5% dark ale, and Hook Nortons Hooky Gold, a golden session ale.
Looking forward to creating my own recipes and seeing if we can come up with some amazing beer!
Tom
