Hey Folks,
New to the community, Been homebrewing for a year now and have made about 15-20 AG BIAB batches. I am constantly experimenting with new adjucts and spices and have a passion for organic food.
Next batch : IPA with home roasted organic marris otter (roasted my own copper and biscuit)
Fermenting: a dark bock and applebock
Bottled: Classic Stout
