Hello all,

Getting ready to make the step up to All Grain from kits. I've made quite a few kits and a lot of wine but now is the time to progress to proper tasting beers. I'm steadily gathering my kit and have been researching like mad- hence the reason for joining. Looking forward to learning from your experience.
