    Hello to all home brewers out there. Been brewing for about 2.5 years and new to this site. So far, I am enjoying it immensely......I have entered several competitions as part of a team - the Folsom Brewdogs and we have won several medals at he LA Mayfaire and the Sacramento County Fair. Brewing and learning all the time.....

    Actually, the prison makes more hooch than the town.
