Using RO water I have made a water profile adjustment for "London (Porter, dark ales)".
The profile calculator uses HCO which I have balanced adding chalk (CaCO3). When I save and go to my recipe HCO3- is used for the profile and is plain zero. None of the added chalk reflects in the alkilinity in the recipe summary.
So which is correct - the water profile calculator or the recipe summary?

@Yooper Could you tackle this question too? I promise I'll dig into the chemistry side after we launch the apps! :p

It should all be HCO3- not HCO. I never noticed before that the water calc was missing the very end of the chemical name. It's always looking for and reporting bicarbonate.
