    Hello,

I have a brew of ginger beer (4.1 abv expected) It has been in secondary for 2 weeks and I added finings 4 days ago. It is still quite hazy in appearance. A lot has dropped out of suspension during secondary. Is a hazy appearance normal for ginger beer?

    Regards,

    Pete

Thanks for the reply. I would have to check (I do my brewing at work) But I use Whyeast I think it was London Ale 1028.
