Hi Everyone,

I am a new brewer however I have tons of tasting experience. I spent about 5 years living in The Netherlands and Germany, while active duty. I’m retired now and love making beer. I am only doing extracts at the moment but interested in all grain too. I am trying to brew a genuine “Bohemian Style Pilsner.” This is my favorite style of beer for its taste and drinkability. Glad to meet everyone and I look forward to picking your brains.
