Hi All, Just wanted to say I'm really liking the recipe app and other tools here. Just started doing partial mash brews after having done extracts for many years. Tools here really help me get the expected OG and hop bitterness so many thanks. Brewed this Holiday Belgian Wit today, chasing Sam Adams White Christmas. I used a LalBrew Belgian Wit yeast but put Mangrove Jack Wit as was available. Spices seemd to be well balanced tasting the OG sample going into the fermenter. Found the all grain version on another blog and adopted to my partial mash setup here.
