Hi all,
My real name is Dave, I have been brewing for about 10 years now, and just discovered what a fantastic resource this site is.
My brewing style is all grain, 10 gallon Rubermaid cooler, cheap 10 gallon stainless kettle and a propane burner. I keep my brewing as simple as possible, [except I bottle] and don't worry about the little things like hitting all my numbers perfect or brewing perfect to a style. I like to make beer and as long as it tastes like beer, I'm happy.

Welcome fastengine. Sounds like my brewing style. I brew as a hobby, and hobbies are for self gratification. Most of my concoctions are APAs and IPAs, but I sometimes venture into the unknown if I see a recipe that can't be ignored. Happy brewing.

Sounds like my rig but a bit smaller. It should serve you well, I unfortunately and delving into complicated beers and realizing where my rigs limitations are.
