Well well well, Sitting here drinking my Apesnot Sour... Ran out of brewing grains and things you know.
So my name is Andy and i have been brewing for a while now, off and on for most of the time seeing i have been a truck drive for so long. Now i am rooted and can really get into brewing the way i wanted long ago.
Everything i do, is all grain... not a fan of extracts! of any sort. After i learned the basics of brewing i through out the books and let my imagination run a muck, (good thing i am also a baker) or i would have had gallons upon gallons of piss water.
Well that's it for now.
