first attempt at a Bock

Think I am on the right track, the Cararye and Special Roast are to help develop the melanoidins. Single step mash,although with my eBIAB I could step it, and a long boil.

I think it looks pretty good but I would personally use a lighter munich malt for 100% of the base.

I am thinking that after I get this worked out, I can dial it back a bit and add some corm and call it Shiner Bock
