"Each" refers to "One of". Example: Whirlfloc Tabs. In the "Units" section, you'd select "Each" because you use one (or however many you choose) of them. It's not a measure of volume or weight.

First of all thank you for your quick awnser, But in the recipe talks about of habanero pureed. how much is it?. A table spoo? a tea spoon? the pureed its liquid.... thanks again!

I'm sure it refers to one habanero, probably with the seeds removed pureed in a small amount of liquid. I would use vodka if the addition was in the fermenter or a small amount of boiled wort if it was going into the boil kettle.
Please provide a link to the recipe that you're looking at and we can have a better idea.

If it's "Each", it's one pepper. I have no idea on how it's prepared and used other than "puree." In short, not enough information, please post the recipe or other information.
