DY-65 Yeast

Going through the freezer I found some old yeast. Despite their age, they grew! Test runs indicate they will still make good beer (shock). I found one that is a mystery yeast. Its DY-65. I bought it as a dry yeast in about 2008 but have lost the documentation (duuhhh). I bought it with some other yeast when Fermentis (?) was offering several strains packed in mylar pouches that often had only the strain number. It may be one of these but... A search on the net turns up nothing. Does anyone remember this strain? Thanks for any help.
