So I have a recipe I recently created on the app on my iPhone and it was showing about 27 IBUs. Well after I brewed I was messing with it on the main website and the IBUs were showing 39. Well I thought it was just something not updating correct in the app so I modified some hop amounts on the website and then synced it to my phone. Well low and behold the website is saying IBUs of 25.73 and the app on my phone states 19.61. Is this a glitch? Which is right, the app or the website? Thanks

We've updated the website version to better estimate IBUs from whirlpool hops and FWH. The app is being worked on currently. So, I'd go with the website.
