I checked several different clones of this beer and none seem to use Munich even though the Deshutes web site shows it. Is there a reason why no one is adding it?
Here's what I have come up with. Thoughts / suggestions/ comments please.

3.5 gal batch/ 3 gal in fermenter
44% MO
44% 2 Row
2% carapils
7% C40
3% Munich

.30 Centennial @60 (web site doesn't list centennial and may change this to cascade)
.75 Cascade @ 15
1oz Cascade @5
1oz Cascade @0
1.5oz Cascade dry hop for 5 days

Yeast: S-04

60 Min boil / mash @150 / ferment @60 for 14-21 days.

I don't know about Mirror Pond, but that grain bill is extremely similar to one I use for my House Pale. I use more MO than 2-Row and the Crystal and Specialty grain ( I use Vienna) percentages are switched. It's been a killer grain bill.
I brewed up a Cascade SMASH last weekend that's tasting fantastic and I actually was thinking today about using my House Pale grain bill with all Cascade hops (usually Simcoe, Amarillo, etc). The result would be really close to what you've got here.
Centennial is very similar to Cascade and if you used enough to get the same IBU at that addition, you'd probably be fine.

I think your recipe will be great.

I'll go with it and see what happens. Thanks for the reply.
