I checked several different clones of this beer and none seem to use Munich even though the Deshutes web site shows it. Is there a reason why no one is adding it? Here's what I have come up with. Thoughts / suggestions/ comments please. 3.5 gal batch/ 3 gal in fermenter 44% MO 44% 2 Row 2% carapils 7% C40 3% Munich .30 Centennial @60 (web site doesn't list centennial and may change this to cascade) .75 Cascade @ 15 1oz Cascade @5 1oz Cascade @0 1.5oz Cascade dry hop for 5 days Yeast: S-04 60 Min boil / mash @150 / ferment @60 for 14-21 days.
