Is it possible to take a Gravity sample after fermentation is complete 1.014 (14days old, it's a APA) and then when packaging having the gravity at 1.020?

Was supposed to be OG1.055 FG 1.014 ............I hit the 1.055
 
You most likely did not measure correctly either the first time or the second time. Hydrometer samples should be cooled down to 20C/68F for an accurate reading.

If you bottled, you'll know in a hurry which reading was correct. :eek:
