Custom Yeast addition

I am using a new yeast strain that I found in Portland, Oregon. And it isn't in the yeast profiles yet. That would be cool if we can add yeast profiles or maybe the admins can add their yeast strains to the list. They are called Imperial Organic Yeast; they are local company in Oregon and I using them for the first time this weekend.

I've resurrected a strain of Wyeast 9093 that I'm using quite a bit and considering making my "house yeast" for most of my brews. Occasionally I'll used Conan (obtained from a local brewer), but it looks like a version of that has started to trickle out commercially as Burlington or Vermont Ale Yeast.

Regardless, it would be nice to create a user-custom yeast option that could be selected like Water Profile or Equipment.
