Cost per pint

This may have been talked about but I could not find it

but a true cost per pint, or unit

The more I think about this the deeper the rabbit hole gets...
Things I would like to add to the cost of a pint:

Grain
Hops
Water
Yeast
Finings
Man hours
Brewing equipment, a % of the total cost until the equipment has paid for itself
fermentation equipment, ferm chamber, carboys, and such
Yeast management and propagation equipment
DIY projects for the brewery
Kegs
Growlers
Bottles

this might be a nice feature to add in somewhere, either shopping list, inventory or just the recipe, or all.. you add your price to each item and it gives you a cost for that beer or for your shopping list or inventory
