Converting Extract Kit to All Grain

Last year I made the Brewer's Best Holiday Ale extract kit for my family's Christmas get-together. Everyone loved it and I've multiple requests to make it again this year. For multiple reasons I'd like to do it as all-grain this year. Does anyone have experience with converting recipes and know what is in the spice bag? Or, does anyone have an all grain recipe that they feel is close to the same?

There's a download here that has an all grain recipe. I didn't check the spices but there's also nutmeg
