(CLOSED) PPG for Steeping Grains

Does anyone else think the estimated gravity contribution of the steeping grains for extract brewing is a little on the high side? I'm pretty new to brewing, done 4 batches and have yet to hit the estimated OG output from the recipe editor (each time has been about 3 points off). Thanks in advance for any insights.

What efficiency value is set for the recipes? Maybe turn that down a bit.
