So wedding party blew both kegs I provided at the reception this weekend :D so now it's on to planning phase on what to refill them with. SWMBO requires an IPA and the other I've been dreaming of a chocolate bock.
OG 1.065 ish
schill kolsch malt
munich 10L
caramunich II
german bock yeast
caoca at end of boil
nibs in secondary
nothing set in stone yet-wanting feedback on experiences others have had and assist me in crafting this bad boy

let it age longer than the ipa, or use gelatin because it will be cloudy and heavier in body otherwise if you drink is too soon but it should be good
 
Rummaging through the freezer I found 3 lbs of fresh Michigan cherries we froze earlier this season...hmmm maybe they could find a new life inside that chocolate bock
 
Chocolate, cherry, and vanilla, all the ingredients of a "Black Forest Cake" in a glass! In fact, mine's called "Schwarzwald Heavy" because it's based on a wee heavy....
