Chicago Breweries

I'm headed to Chicago soon for work. I'll only be there a week, but am planning to hit as many breweries in my free time as possible. I'm currently planning to visit Lagunitas, Goose Island, Moody Tongue, Vice District, and Motor Row Brewing. Are there any can't miss breweries?

At Goose Island pick out one that they just sell locally and raise it for me. I've heard some good stories.
I know they tied up with INBEV but they still create their own and some just for locals.

I think Lo Rez would be the new "happening" spot. I like Hailstorm a lot, but it's out in the burbs a little. I liked Dovetail when I was there about a year ago, and would love to go back.
