[Salmon Street Brewing]

I have been extract brewing since last fall and have made a single hop IPA, a Witbier and a couple of Saisons. I would like to have made more but there never seems to be enough time! I am planning to switch to BIAB next and start temperature controlling my fermentations (Happy Father's Day to me)! Making beer is such an interesting, rewarding and sometimes surprising endeavor. I liked beer before I started learning to brew, but now I like it even more!
