Headed out Friday to visit my mom and brother for the local fair where I grew up. No room to haul kegs up this year but I'll likely be wrangling the mutton busting again this year.

High five! I am also going with my husband for camping this weekend. I was supposed to go yesterday but my car got damaged. I thought my vacation got ruined but thanks to my friend who suggested me to rent a car from Car Rental 8 Coupons. I am very excited to go as it is my first camping after my wedding. :)

I've been wanting to camp but I still lack the equipment that I need especially for the travel.

    I'm jealous!
So that means that I am going to fire up my little smoker tonight (WSM 37 cm) and go and make myself some consolation beef ribs
    Have fun everyone!

Cheers on you Trialben! That’s an itch I would have scratched had the opportunity ever availed.

As for me, , I am new to camping. I am hoping to do my first wild camp this spring in April. I've carefully assembled a set of lightweight camping gear and have a route planned through camping sites travelsites.cоm/camping/ . Will keep you posted on how it goes.

    Hey Crunk,
Happy Weekend! I & my friends are planning a similar trip coming weekend & have started packing for it. Luckily the shopping for this adventure doesn't cost as much as we used

I miss camping...I'm looking forward to the possibility to go somewhere. By the way, maybe it is safer today to go camping than to go shopping

Did a lot of camping, the backpacking kind, for quite a number of years. Switched to trucking in gear instead of packing in when raising the kids. Once the kids were grown and gone, our camping days went away. Kind of miss the old days.

Our kids are all adults now, some still live at home.
Camping is a great escape for my wife and I.
When they do move out our plan is to downsize quick before they think they can move back in:rolleyes:

Our youngest went off to college at 18 and only came home to live during the first 2 Summers. The other kids were gone by then and haven't moved back in. That makes it nice when any of them come for a visit :)
