Hey all! My blue moon recipe in terms of grains/hops/spices is as close to Wayne's recipe as it can be. Not an uncommon clone, obviously. https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/806547/harvest-moon My question, however, is related to the yeast. Pretty commonly known that 1056 is the way to go, however I have some Voss Kveik sitting in my fridge ready to be pitched!!! I'm thinking it will help accentuate the orange flavors a bit, but remain clean if I keep it in the mid to high 70s range. Thoughts comments and critiques welcome!
