Blonde ale adjustment?

I am brewing my second blonde AG. I would like more of a bready taste to the beer by adding a small amount of Vienna or Munich without increasing the ABV. I am not sure which one. How do they differ in flavor?

Not sure either give a bready quality. Munich is more malty, while Vienna is sweeter. Wheat might be a good way to give it more flavor without changing the color.

I'd start with wheat or vienna on a blonde ale, maybe 10% of the grain bill.

I use 1.5 pounds Vienna malt in my blonde. Turns out very nice!

Biscuit Malt will do it , just a little though also Victory

A follow up to this is that I received many compliments on adding the Vienna malt.

My Blonde uses a pound of Vienna. The medal I use for my profile pic was for my blonde.
