    I went to brew today on my High Gravity BIAB system and something in the 110 leg was/is not working. there is now power to the switch ( it wont light up) and no power to the plug.

    I sent the HG team a quick email to see what the parts are that I may need to replace, and in less than 30 min, they had replied and offered a solution, ON A SUNDAY!!!!

    I am so glad that all my research led me to High Gravity, they are amazing!
