Any thoughts? Doing a 2.5 gallon batch. Contemplating some oak chips/tequila which I get sounds strange...

82.5% Castle Pils
17.5% table sugar

26 IBU Magnum bittering
7 IBU Hallertau Mittelfruh 20 min

M41 - Belgian Ale yeast

OG - 1.080
FG - 1.011????
9.3% ABV

Start at 64F and raise 2F every 24 hours until reaching 82F

Unfortunately it’s been on the back burner. I still plan to do it just not sure when. Forgot no one gave me feedback. Ha!

are you planning yours soon? I would love to hear feedback on how it turns out and your process for the tequila.

I'll be brewing this one before Halloween. It probably won't be ready to drink until next year though. I'll try to remember to send an update.
