So i have started an experimental batch of water, 100% pineapple juice and brown sugar brew. Im using fermaid K and a 5g packet of EC1118 Champagne dry Yeast. Day 3 and it seems really active. Almost like a wirlpool but way less intense. Some pics are inserted If you look at the pictures you'll see weird stuff floating around. It doesnt smell bad. I'm thinking its the Pineapple fruits particles or peices bunching up. Anyone know if this batch is still good to go or is it spoiled?
