I have a Russian stout I would like to enter In a beer judging contest, I planned on kegging this stout, is it possible to bottle a beer after it's been carbed in a keg in order to drop off at judging site, or should I bottle one and let it carb in the bottle?

Almost any "growler tube" set up will work fairly well. I have a very simple counter-pressure rig that involves a stainless tube through a rubber stopper. The tube reaches the bottom of the bottle to fill gently and the stopper fits into the top of the bottle to hold pressure and allows controlling filling pressure by just easing up on the pressure on the stopper to allow gas to escape. I've filled hundreds of bottles like that.

Haven’t bottled for a couple years, but we used our “Last Straw” bottle filler from Northern Brewer. I’ve also used a growler filler as well
