Batch sparging?

    Not understanding the question.... I see a picture of the batch sparge tab in the brew log. Are you asking about temperature, amount or time?

    What about it? You mash in, drain the liquid, then you add the sparge water, wait, and drain the liquid again. The end number should match the total of those numbers minus grain absorption.

    The temp spot is for whatever temp you sparge at. I use 75C primarily unless the recipe says otherwise.
