Gobsmacked at this but I dumped some apple juice onto the trub last time I brewed and the results are dazzling. I did three versions just to try and this is the mango one which has turned out to be brilliantly drinkable. Definitely one to brew again. Just amazing.
Cider is a great drink. And easy to make! Just keep every thing sanitary and your almost guaranteed a good batch. I like 3 gallons Apple juice and 2 gallons cranberry juice, I used a wine yeast but any should do.
