I Am Thinking of this as my next experimental brew not sure if my hop order is making the best use of aroma/bitterness

Possibly Insane experiment in hops
 
Personally I'd switch the Galaxy with the Cascade for the dry hops, although any way you do it would work. I prefer the aroma over the bitterness.
 
It was a toss up between cascade and Galaxy
I have an American pale dry hopped with galaxy ready in a week i will compare with my cascade brew and decide
