Advice on Apricot White IPA ( BIAB sytem)

    Hello all, i am making my first batch after switching to a BIAB system (stainless mesh basket with no sparge). looking for some feedback, cheers!

    Apricot White IPA
    Malt: 6 lb German Pilsner
    4 lb torrified wheat
    1.5 lb flaked oats
    Mash @ 153 for 70min

    Hops: 60min- 1oz summit ( NZ Rakau)
    20min- .25oz Azacca
    10min- .25oz Azacca ( 1unit wirfloc)
    flameout/hopstand @ 170-173 (20min)
    1.5oz Azacca
    1oz El dorado

    Yeast: Safbrew WB-06

    racked onto 4lb Apricot puree ( secondary) 3-5 days
