Judged by Gordon Strong and Sandy Cockerham, both Grand Master Judges!
Only the 2nd mead I've ever made.

I was pleased with it.
It was an experiment I made for a customer who brought me in the honey.
I entered them in the NHC because I want better feedback and new they'd draw a great pool of judges. I didn't expect 2 Grand Masters!
I won't be submitting to the final round.
