Is it a simple matter of calculation by 5th for a 5 gallons to a 1 gallon. Ingredients/water etc. wise.

Thank you for your reply. I've just come back to home brewing, 30 years have past. wow! what a shock and how good it is.... Obviously the kit was a present to wet my whistle again. Regards to the dry hops, yes.. I was also going to use Muntons beer inhancer ( reviews) and mangrove jacks burton...

How can I improve the brew. Sugars or dry hops and amount?
