I imported a NEIPA recipe from Weldworks with IBU of 55, but in BF the IBU shows 86. why such a big difference?

I have a Macbook and want to download and convert my recipes with beerxml, so I can use them with Grainfather. However, I cannot use the Apple platform to do that. Can you tell me how I can convert these files using my Macbook? Etienne
