Hey expert brewers, I'm hoping you can shed some light on an issue I've been having with every batch of beer I brew. They are all coming out with a strange off flavor. Sometimes it's more prolific than others. But it doesn't match the descriptions of a lot of off flavor tables I've seen online...

I'm sure that other people have had this idea (after some Googling I'm actually sure of it). I have a dream of opening a brewery that allows local homebrewers to use industrial grade brewing equipment to make beer and sell it right in the brewhouse (keg straight to a tap at the same location)...
