yeah, i dont know what I did wrong

So, my water volumes were WAY off, after transfering 5.5 gallons to the the fermenter I had 1.25 gallons left in pot/hoses. Not sure what is going on, but I will dial it in. I started with exactly 10 gallons..I mean 100% exact. To the drop...lol.... ok as close to 10 gallons as human error...

Preboil numbers were a bit low, but somehow it is saying I had more water after mashing than before I started.... add some time to the boil, have bout 30 min left

I brew on a High Gravity Wort Hog BIAB and love it, it does use 1 pump for circulation, and I use it to drive the whirlpool while chilling., 220v 30a simple controller, and they used to have a Spike kettle option for it. 15gallon pot making 5 gallon batches.

Lots of things can be going on here. Not in any order: Water Volumes, these need to be pretty close Crush, you can crush tight with BIAB, but do not over do it Temps - check you temps, and think about where the system is reading temps I have always had what I feel is a low brewhouse...

SO, if I run this at 7.5 pounds of Marris Otter, which is about what It would be if I forgot to Tare out the scale, because I put all the grain in 1 bucket, then my number come out about right

it was supposed to be 1 oz of 300 Roasted Barley, I edited the grain bill to get my numbers recalculated

try now I think I may have miss weighed my grains.....not sure, could also be the crush, new brew store from where I normally go I will run the next batch through my mill Going to boil it as hard as I can for the next 90 min

So, 75min mash and I am coming in 5 pt low, looking for 1037 getting 1032....so going to let it mash a little longer, might have to boil a bit more today ...and I just realized, I forgot the roasted barley.....so this will be a beer, just not sure what
