    So, my water volumes were WAY off, after transfering 5.5 gallons to the the fermenter I had 1.25 gallons left in pot/hoses. Not sure what is going on, but I will dial it in. I started with exactly 10 gallons..I mean 100% exact. To the drop...lol.... ok as close to 10 gallons as human error...

    I brew on a High Gravity Wort Hog BIAB and love it, it does use 1 pump for circulation, and I use it to drive the whirlpool while chilling., 220v 30a simple controller, and they used to have a Spike kettle option for it. 15gallon pot making 5 gallon batches.

    Lots of things can be going on here. Not in any order: Water Volumes, these need to be pretty close Crush, you can crush tight with BIAB, but do not over do it Temps - check you temps, and think about where the system is reading temps I have always had what I feel is a low brewhouse...
