pitch rate calculator not working

In the settings window under the units/calculations tab I cannot change any of the units of measurement they're all shaded.

I was hoping to brew a beer today but the page doesn't want to load my info.

I want to try a hop stand but I don't have the steps down yet to feel comfortable doing one, so my question is can anyone give me some rough steps or guidelines that you follow to complete yours?

I've been brewing for a year and a half but new to the site. Beers I'm brewing are a dry hopped Kolsch and a Christmas ale.

The best brew site on the web period but the dilution and boil off calculator has been loading a blank page lately.
