    Hey Eddie, we just brewed a Smoked Porter (the recipe is very similar to the one you are looking at doing) and used 3.2 lbs of smoked malt as well. We did not use any Peated Malt thought. The end result was excellent, and very smokey! I kind of wish that I only used about 2-2.5 lbs of smoked...

    Pliny the Elder Clone

    You're hitting me with a bunch of links for Pliny the Younger.... the triple IPA. I'm starting with Pliny the Elder, the double IPA. Might eventually become adventurous enough to try to make the triple. Baby steps.

    Hi from Southern California

    Does the Brewers Friend software offer a way to import an equipment setup? Like the Ruby Street Brewery or Sabco system?
