    I'm doing a brown today called broken ankle brown ,it's posted and uses a Janet brown ,h town brown ipa,similar mix but with a little mo kick.With rasins,cinnamon,pecans,vani!!a to smooth it out.

    Yes your right.I started with 2 liquid packs first then added 20 ounces of dry malt.It doesn't look like much in the 800 flask but in a 6 inch Tupperware container it measured about 2 inches thick.I loaded tonight that into 24 oz of malt.It went to in work a few minutes ,I'll be a little short...

    Sorry I didn't explain that very well.I meant after the beer has carbonated in the keg and you go to bottle it .Do you still add some sugar to it just in case/?
