Theres already THC legal beers. Google them up. Not that I'd know, but from what I heard just put 100mg per gallon of oil in and your good to go

Seem to have lost my brew sessions and a a recipre or two. I had a few dozen sessions recorded. List is empty now. I'm a newbie so this maybe user error. Anyone else see this or can give me some direction? Thank you

Wondering how the beer came out? I pitch half rate on a 2bbl batch. HUGE Banana esters. Stressing yeast def makes a diff.

IMO if you want a Vienna Lager Id switch the Pilsner and Vienna percentages.

You can get grapefruit notes from bitters as well as fresh hops. in any case I get huge grapefruit foward aroma and taste from a citra, cascade, anf chinnok dry hop combo. I use this combo in some of my NE IPA for grapefruit flavors. Whirlpool additions as well as dry hop
